  • 584 Madison Ave Albany, New York, 12208 - Park South
Trash is stored in front of the building. This block, in general, has a consistent problem with building owners who do not inform residents of proper trash disposal so the put it in front of the building or on the curb days early. Trash can always be found in front of buildings or at the curb when it shouldn't be on this block of Madison. Anyone driving by can see it so why is it not being stopped?
  • 284 Elm St Albany, New York, 12202 - Hudson Park

This house has had overflowing trash cans and an old toilet in front of the house for over a month. It is disgusting!

As a matter of fact, why don't you crack down on these slum lords in this area?? From 245 Dove Street, up through 129, 127, 125, 123 Dove St, and the house on the corner of Dove & Elm Streets, they all have trash cans in front, alot of them are not set out on trash night, are full to the top and trash on ground. You are not supposed to have trash cans visible! You need to fine these property owners every day it's like that. I've also written to the mayor and the city council. Do something, Please. We shouldn't have to see and smell trash when we are walking.

  • 419 Madison Ave Albany, New York, 12210 - Center Square
Trash is being stored in front of this building because properties are getting away with it up and down Madison so people figure why should they be any less lazy when there's no real consequence. And this building has an entire parking lot and side area.
  • Stephen St Albany, New York, 12202 - South End
How many times do you need to contact the city for the same issue???? The properties in question are 30, 32 and 34 Stephen Street. For 4 weeks #34 has a door, wood and mattress. For the 2nd week #32 has not set their trash out. #30 did not set out their recyclables which is overflowing plus trash is all over the sidewalks because they do not put there trash in garbage bags. Look back into your system and this is the same issue residents have been complaining about for years.

  • 358 Quail St Albany, New York, 12208 - Pine Hills
According to City of Albany code "waste must be stored in areas away from front yards, sidewalks or other public right of ways affecting the visual and aesthetic character of city streetscape". 354 and 358 Quail St are rental properties that both have 3 large garbage bins stored on front lawn. They are usually filled and overflowing. And according to city code an eyesore.
  • 200–208 Lark St Albany NY 12210, United States - Central Avenue
36 Spring Street has uncovered trash cans on the sidewalk with tenants adding to the load all week .
Tis is the problem with absentee landlords
The smell and attraction for vermin increases as time goes on . Why is this permitted ?
