The intersection of Sheridan Ave and N. Pearl st. Needs more than just the blinking yellow light; it needs a proper stop light for safely reasons. Cars just speed through that intersection totally ignoring the yellow blinker and it is often impossible to cross the street without taking your life in your hands. Even when driving a vehicle the sight lines are blocked by parked cars. when trying to turn in any direction there it is very hazardous I think it is time to change that blinker to a regular traffic light. Thank you .
