Description

At the afternoon rush hour, traffic often backs up westbound on Washington Ave extension to make the right turn on to New Karner Road northbound. It often takes several light cycles to make it through, and most cars line up and wait. However, oftentimes a car will zip up the straight ahead lane and then at the last second cut in front of the turning cars to turn right from the straight ahead lane (e.g. they are trying to bypass the line of waiting cars and instead turning illegally by making two right turn lanes out of one lane). Can APD do some afternoon rush hour traffic enforcement in this area?
