Description

Structures/enclosures to store trash are not permitted in public view, anymore than trash cans are. Why was money invested in the Lark streetscape, but the multitude of trash and other issues are not addressed leaving the street to look and smell neglected and dirty. This increases the already significant rodent issue, reduces property values for nearby property as well as deterring visitors. The problem is spreading because it's not effectively addressed as soon as there is a violation.
