Description
The nets need to be installed at the Pickleball Courts at Capital Hills Golf Course. Additionally, there is absolutely no reason these courts need to be locked. Outdoor athletic fields, courts, courses, playgrounds, parks, etc. exist all over the City of Albany (including pickleball courts) that are never locked. These courts should not be the exception. If time constraints of court usage need to be placed, (example 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.), then signs should be placed and should suffice.
