Description

This is at least the third weekend in a row this address has put debris on the curb on Thursday or Friday when pick up is not until Wednesday morning. This appears to also be an owner-occupied building or a manager occupied building, because the guy who lives upstairs, gives the tours to potential commercial renters. Either way, he should know better and this property should be held accountable. This address is also concerning because this is the third business in this location that appears to be a front for something else. The previous "business" kept the entire front window papered over so that no one could see what was going on inside and people contacted them through a cell phone number. This needs to stop in terms of Albany approving illegitimate "businesses" that are impacting the neighborhood and especually the people living in close proximity to these questionable, at best, activities.
