Sorry for the delay in responding. For some reason we are not receiving many SCF inquiries via email. SCF is working on this.

Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When they have responded I will update this issue.

We have initiated a public nuisance case here with a deadline of May 21. The inspector will follow up to make sure it gets cleaned up.
