Just checking on the progress of this issue. There has been no change in the status of the pavers, and debris and pallet packaging are spreading and blowing across the parking lot and adjacent street.

Our inspector has already initiated a public nuisance case with a deadline of July 20 (tomorrow). The inspector will follow up until the issue is cleared.

This issue has failed to be resolved. The pavers and associated debris still sit unattended. I'd like to see this issue reopened, and resolved!

Our Inspectors have been to the site and report this issue has been resolved by the deadling of 7/20/12.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated over this issue. The inspector who "closes" this issue should include an after photo. While the pile is refusing, it is still a present eye-sore!

In addition to failing to solve this issue for over a month (during which this issue has erroneously been closed twice), the present pile has proved to be an invitation for additional dumping as witnessed in this photo that shows a mattress and bicycle added to the mass of discarded pallets!

I will ask our inspector to make a special effort to ensure this gets cleared. Sorry you had to re-open.

The pavers that are stored on site are not a violation of the code since they are considered usable construction materials. The rest of the trash must have been removed. Our inspector visited the site and found no violations at this time.
