I have reported this to our Animal Control staff. When they have had a chance to respond I will update this issue.

Recent sightings of this dog on the loose have raised the question, "It's been 8 months...has animal control been able to locate this dog, or notify its owner of their negligence?"
Spring is coming, and the more time people spend outside the greater the chances they'll encounter this guy in the loose.
We are not interested in being part of a local news story gone wrong.

Saw same stray dog this evening about 9pm near Binghampton/Oneonta.

Animal Control officers responded to 3321 Capital Blvd for a dog running at large complaint received. Officers spoke with Dawn Parker and verbally warned of the leash law ordinance. Animal Control Unit will continue to monitor this situation. Please contact Animal Control at 919-831-6311 for further concerns. They have coverage 7 days/week and work 6:45 a.m. – 10:45 p.m.
