Description

There is a huge dip in the road at 1610 Walthour Road. It appears that the pipe under the road is failing or has settled. This has been a problem for the last 5 years but it is now in both North and South bound lanes. This pipe connects a large ditch, 12 feet wide, with Wassaw sound. It looks like water flows both ways, with the tide..
The dip is now about 6 inches deep, in both lanes
