Q. Please describe the obstruction.
A. There is a huge tractor trailer, that has cars on it most days that parks in the residential townhome neighborhood of Addison Reserve. It parks along side of Neuse Wood Drive, a main thoroughfare and public, Raleigh street in our neighborhood. It is large, unsightly, but most importantly, it blocks view when driving on the street.
