I am glad that this has been reported. There is a lot of stress on this whole neighborhood area, Pine Knoll and Brentwood with absentee landlords and people not caring for their properties. We don't need businesses that would like to have our business detracting from our neighborhood. Our neighbor is trying to sell his house because the Nav is moving him to the west coast. A buyer looked as their house this week and said that they liked his house but did not like the neighborhood. I wonder how they drove into the area. If it was from Old Buffalo Road the image behind the stores would not have been helpful.
