I just want to check, and somebody has, in fact, trimmed the tree back from the sidewalk.
I would assume that City of Raleigh did that, but for the very strange response that we got when y’all closed the issue. In any case, I’m closing up now.

I now see that the "give us more detailed information" post is just a boilerplate "issue closed" post.
I'd suggest to CoR that they come up with something else, as this boilerplate doesn't fit nearly any situations and leaves a very confusing impression for SCF reporters.
