Description

There is a wooden guardrail next to a cement guardrail on Southbridge Boulevard between greenview Drive and sable Lane. The wooden guardrail is in awful state of disrepair. needs to be sanded down and repainted or removed all together and the concrete bridge needs to be spray washed clean. looks bad.
