    Google Fiber contractors have been through installing conduit and fiber and have left the areas that they dug with only straw. No seeding or fertilzer was used. Did they require a permit to do this work and was it inspected?
    It has been weeks since they came through and we still can't get any information on activation.
    Does Google have the power to just do what they want without any communication with property owners
