There has been persistent noise from dirtbikes for over an hour somewhere in the area of Rte 40, Patapsco State Park, Normandy Shopping Center area. I can't be the onlybperson who has developed a splitting headache from the noise pollution. Don't we have noise laws here in HoCo?! This cannot become a pattern.
