We will inspect location and if dumping is in the public space-sidewalk, tree belt, street- we will address it. If it is on "private property" - lawn, against house, backyard- by City Ordinance Public Works can't address it. We will recategorize issue to "Private Property" where it can be resolved. Thanks!

It’s clearly on the public sidewalk. It was in the road after the high winds Monday. Now hop on it.
