    There is a complete blockage of the sidewalk on Moreland Road between Ellsworth Avenue and Norton Pkwy. The sidewalk is completely choked with fallen leaves and impassable. There are also scattered fallen branches and overgrown trees. Not sure who is responsible for this kind of clean up but it makes it difficult to walk safely.

    There is a personal trainer that brings 4 or 5 individuals to the track to train. He disrupts running on the track during his time with them by blocking up to 4 lanes at a time. This is rude and disruptive. I believe we should not have to go around this person or be relegated to the inner track because he is there on the track using ropes and weights.
