RE: Removal of tree at 102 Townsend Terrace, off Townsend Avenue. The tree is dying and one branch is on top of the UI electrical wires leading to my residence. Barks are falling off on a regular basis. Mr. Lague, the man in charge of this dept., told me 11 years ago that this life had 10 years of life; he was right. The way the winds blow this tree will fall on my property and driveway causing severe damage to my house and myself should I be outside at that time. I am a senior citizen and do not walk fast.
