Noise ordinance states: "This article shall not prohibit the operation of any mechanically powered saw, sander, drill, grinder, lawn or garden tool, snow blower or similar device used outdoors in residential areas between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m."
Is there another ordinance violation that you are citing?

Matt, thank you, I was looking at the one in sec.- 34 - 1053 ...... that was used when the city field was being constructed, last year. they were working till 9 and later. and on sundays.

is one for residential homeowner AND one for Construction Company's ??
