If the container is there it was delivered and if it's gone it was removed, how can you be unsure?

I think these are newer residents who moved in a couple of months ago. (?) they certainly can give you the name of the roll off company.

Posts are suppose to be "positive", not derogatory, nor directed ay any other poster.

Who cares if they are new residents or when they moved in. I don't think anyone was looking for the name of the company. Stay on point! And if it's happening at 5:30a.m. or 0530 just call the police and be done with it.

I also decided not to drive by to see if it was being taken or delivered, all I know, there was a commotion. 0530 means you don't have to type in A. M. there is a good chance, the police would be busy with a D U I, over at Troy P D. & not show up. Please enjoy your dinner tomorrow. Old port Inn is serving free Thanksgiving dinner, from 0700 to 1400 for seniors. ( I know it is not part of the original post)

This Code Enforcement Officer did an inspection today, November 29th, the roll-off was gone. Definitely there are shingles being installed. When a noise disrupts between
9 pm and 7 am the BEST phone call is 248-524-3477. This
is the non-emergency response team that is there to HELP
when unwanted noises are made during quiet hours.

The most surprised and aggravated, were the residents, they had to remove 2 cars, at 0530, and cold shoulders from their closest neighbors. while out raking, I thought it was more the contractor then the residents. and less punitive as more in the learning curve mode. Thank You....
