I am sick and tired of being woke up by a pip-squeak barking dog that sometimes starts at 7:30 am and goes on most of the day. I have a medical condition that sometimes keeps me up until 6:00 am. I can no longer sleep in. I do not have air conditioning because I have radiator heat and must sleep with the windows open. I can no longer visit my own backyard with out violating that dog's space. If I must, I will use my own method to shut it up if the owners do not try to quell the disturbance.
I can't be the only neighbor who is bothered by this. I've had 32 years of peace without barking dogs....until now.

While I'm sending a message, I also don't appreciate your motion detecting flood light that picks up MY movement in MY yard and blasts me with light each time I get within 40 feet of the fence corner. And YES, I must rake my leaves in the dark because I have a 1/2 acre lot and cannot physically get the job done in the 24 hour window we have to put our leaves in the street.
I'm not ready to close this.
