Beschreibung
The north storm water drain on Dombey Rd is stopped up causing the road to flood in heavy rains. This stoppage is a chronic problem where it stops up shortly after the County cleans it out. I think the stoppage is associated with the stoppage of the drains on Clarendon Road.
