This mess has been going on for over 2 years. There is no excuse for not finishing this project. It should have been a 3 day project,not a 3 year disaster. I have sent notices before and was told that a supervisor would come look at it and take care of the problem. If a supervisor actually did come look at it,he or she should be fired for incompetance. There have been many calls and texts to your department complaining about this issue,but you have totally ignored the problem. It's time for you to step up to the plate and earn the money that we taxpayers are providing for this service.
