You are reporting closed and yet only a small portion of the tree has been removed! Really??

The tree is still there!!!! What is going on? You people keep closing this issue and yet nothing is done! This has been going on for almost 4 months! I will be calling supervisors first thing Monday morning!!!

If you look up my address you will find that you already have my information on file. I have spoken with people at public works several times and they assured me this matter would be addressed. The only thing being addressed is that my “issue” keeps being closed and nothing is being done! Why don’t you send a supervisor to look at the ditch behind my house and lo and behold he will see a big dead tree the has been there for over 4 months!!!!
