Description
Solid waste services only emptied trash bins on the inside-loop of our community. As a result, half of our neighborhood was left with a full trash bin. Pick-up occurs Friday mornings. So we waited 14 hours before reporting it in hopes they were emptying the truck and returning. No dice!
